Ford City has its own façade grant for storefront buildings, with a higher limit where one building holds several storefronts.
Olde Sandwich Towne
Sandwich Town’s commercial grant names storefront doors and windows, and the heritage district adds its own permit for new or changed openings.
Windsor CIP applications ask for two contractor estimates. Itemized quotes are easier for City staff to read, so tell us it’s for a grant.

Glass broken after closing: board up, then reglaze
Covering the opening
Keep people back, photograph everything, then get plywood or a temporary panel over the gap. The permanent glass is measured after.
Forced doors and locks
After a break-in, check the lock cylinder, the frame at the strike and the door glass. A forced door often needs parts, not replacing.
Storm-cracked panes
